Whenever you buy online with Raft Up, we take every precaution to ensure that your transactions are as safe as they can be.

If you wish to query a charge made to your debit/credit card by us or to cancel an order, please do not hesitate to contact us at mainland@raftup.co.nz.  If we discover a charge made in error, refunds will be made via the original payment method.

We will only release account and other personal information if we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; facilitate court proceedings; enforce or apply our terms and conditions; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Raft Up, our users, or others.

Returns Policy

This returns policy applies to the purchase of Raft Up products made online through our website (www.raftup.co.nz).

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund purchases that you change your mind about. Please make sure to choose carefully!

Under the Consumer Guarantees act, we will repair or replace as necessary any products which are delivered to you in anything less than the condition that you would expect.  If this is the case, get in contact via mainland@raftup.co.nz and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible.
