Shipping Policy

Auckland Central:

We offer a delivery service to Auckland customers for a flat rate of $20, regardless of how many items are purchased. 

If you want to save that $20 and put it towards something else, you are able to pick up your Raft Up Floating island from our residential address in Ponsonby.

North Island - Excluding Auckland Central:

Because the items are large, they meet transport companies minimum price for bulk transport delivery charges regardless of whether it's a Great Barrier, Waiheke or even the smaller Kawau Raft Up. 

We have a flat rate of $95 which is to your door delivery.

South Island:

There is a lot of variance between different South Island regions for the same Raft Up Floating Island. 

If you'd like your Raft Up sent to you on the Mainland, please contact us for a definitive quote so you can ensure you're happy with the costs before you proceed. 

Return & Exchange Policy

This returns policy applies to the purchase of Raft Up products made online through our website (www.raftup.co.nz).

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund purchases that you change your mind about. Please make sure to choose carefully!

Under the Consumer Guarantees act, we will repair or replace as necessary any products which are delivered to you in anything less than the condition that you would expect.  If this is the case, get in contact via and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible.
